Beds with remote control

All homes accessible to people with reduced mobility are equipped with an HMS-"VILGO Eurodesign 4000" bed in 90 cm width. This bed has 4 functions: it can raise the torso, the legs or both simultaneously, and adjust the height of the bed base from 50 cm to 1 m (with mattress). Our beds are mounted on wheels to allow the passage of a patient lift.

Circulation within homes

Entrance to apartments is via large, certified windows accessible to people with reduced mobility: minimum 1-meter clearance and a threshold height of less than 2 centimeters. Obstacle-free turning areas in living rooms, kitchens, accessible bedrooms and adapted bathrooms. Interior doors with a minimum clearance of 78 centimetres.

Countertops

Our bathrooms feature hollowed-out vanity tops to allow legs to pass through. The space under the basin varies from one home to another, but is never less than these dimensions: 72 cm high / 82 cm wide / 30 cm deep. The finished height of vanity tops is between 83 cm and 86 cm. Mirrors are positioned just above the basins.

Storage

Closets in the bedrooms have been designed for easy access, with no doors or thresholds, and rods at a height of between 118 cm and 130 cm.

Toilets

All our accessible rentals have a raised toilet located in the adapted bathroom, opposite the shower. The height of the toilet bowl is between 47 and 50 cm. The center of the bowl is between 36 and 40 cm from the wall. The toilets are equipped with curved support bars with transfer to the left in the 45m² 2-bedroom Villa and the "studio", and transfer to the right in the 66m² 2-bedroom Villa, the 2-bedroom apartment and the 1-bedroom garden-floor apartment.

Showers

All our showers are level and step-free. They are equipped with vertical and horizontal support bars. Mixer taps are positioned at a height of between 93 cm and 1 meter.

The residence offers 4 models of shower chair to suit your needs. Please book in advance to ensure availability.

Adapted kitchens

Kitchens feature worktops lowered to 85cm in villas and 88cm in apartments. Access to the sink and hotplates is facilitated by a recessed space at least 70cm high, 71.5cm wide and 30cm deep. Most storage space is accessible to a seated person.

Parking

The parking lot can accommodate up to 11 vehicles, including 5 adapted spaces (3.20 m x 5 m). Its smooth surface facilitates movement in wheelchairs.

Pedestrian paths

Each adapted rental unit is accessible via a step-free, concrete walkway at least 1.2 meters wide (slope <4%). These paths also provide access to the swimming pool. However, the child safety gate does not allow wheelchair users to access the pool independently.

Swimming pools

The residence has two swimming pools, one of which is heated and accessible. It has a 9% slope for access to the water. A tiralo is at your disposal during your stay.
